Meet-ups between labs and companies

The Opportunity:

25 or more of our local companies will be identified, interviewed, described and introduced to the attending lab officers during the conference.

Amanda Radovic and her team Innovate, Inc. will interview the candidates and select the 25 companies to connect with labs that have technologies that could be fit. Introductions will be made in advance of the event and participating companies will attend a one hour, face to face, facilitated meeting session (at no cost) at 12:30 pm CT on August 29th to ensure that each company has the chance to fully explore possible connections.

The federal lab audience is looking for good industry connections, and we have the chance to show them the strength of our tech community.

Deadline for Submission – May 31, 2018

Participants Timeline:
  • June 1-30 - Interviews take place
    Companies will be contacted for further information for “matching” purposes with the participating labs. The labs will also be consulted.
  • July 16 – Deadline for companies to confirm participation
  • July 22 to August 10 - Labs sign up for on-site meetings
  • August 29 – Conference Participation
