Amanda Radovic serves as the current President of Innovate Inc. She helped create and launch the non-profit in 2015 and leads programs dedicated to the commercialization of technologies.

In addition to Amanda's role at Innovate, she serves as the CEO of the WBT Innovation Marketplace (WBT) and the Program Manager of the Unmanned Aerial Systems Cluster (UASCI) Amanda joined Development Capital Networks in 2006 and since then has worked with over 600 start-ups, spin-outs, and research organizations commercializing emerging technologies through DCN’s programs.

The WBT is an international accelerator program that culminates with an annual event showcasing seed and pre-seed stage technologies developed at top universities, federal labs, and research institutions. The WBT Open Innovation Forums, are sector focused regional events that introduce the mindset and methods of open innovation. She currently manages a Small Business Administration contract, part of the Regional Innovation Cluster Program, to provide services that support the Unmanned Aerial Systems Industry in Oklahoma and Kansas.

Early in her career Amanda lead a nonprofit organization, worked for the State of Arizona and the Federal Bureau of Prisons. She brings over 20 years of experience working with government agencies, universities, venture investors, Fortune 500 companies, start-ups and industry leaders in technology commercialization. She has an extensive background in marketing, developing education programs for startups, and mentoring technology innovators in high tech sectors.

Amanda is involved with Women in Technology International and the Licensing Executive Society. She earned a B.A. in Neuropsychology from The Evergreen State College.
